What can I use today?

The protected Vault, local OCR, checked document opening and download, and standalone browser PDF tools are available today.

Why is a trusted browser required?

A trusted browser holds the local cryptographic identity used to open protected documents. PDF Manager checks that browser before making document contents available locally.

Can support recover every protected document?

No. If you lose both your recovery key and access to every trusted browser, historical encrypted documents can become permanently inaccessible. The setup flow therefore asks you to save and confirm the recovery key.

Is electronic signing available?

Not in the production product today. The complete sender and signer experience is a target capability and requires additional development before launch.
